Yolanda and Chris saw one of our wedding albums at a venue they visited while they were planning their wedding and instantly fell in love with our work. They had booked a different venue we had never worked at for their wedding and showed us pictures of its fabulousness at our first meeting. It was quite an impressive mansion on Lake Travis with a over the top staircase out of a movie, and we were really looking forward to photographing their wedding there. Very sadly, that particular venue suffered fire damage a couple months before their wedding date and they were scrambling to find a new wedding venue. Thankfully, they found the Taylor Mansion and Crystal Ballroom, and it turned out to to be absolutely fantastic! The Taylor Mansion did the catering and floral as well which were both amazing. An added bonus was this phenomenal classic convertible that Chris rode to the ceremony and we got to use for our romantic photo session with the bride and groom. Plus, the view of the sunset wasn’t too shabby either! You could tell that Yolanda and Chris’s family and friends were so happy to be a part of their special day. The best man came all the way from merry old England and gave one of the best toasts we have ever heard. Can you believe this adorable cake representing all the couple’s travels and adventures? It was truly a work of art! We had fun capturing all the antics on the dance floor until it was time for the happy couple to run through the sparklers as their guests cheered them on. Best wishes to Yolanda and Chris!
