Wow! Have you ever had a double wedding weekend and both of the couples were the sweetest people you have ever met in your life? This was that weekend! Bryan and Emily had an absolutely wonderful wedding at Nature’s Point on Lake Travis this Sunday! They had a fine selection of fantastic Middle Eastern food made by Dagar’s Catering and a cake by the one and only Simon Lee Bakery in Pflugerville. I think this is the one and only wedding that I have seen Shawarma, a roasted hunk of meat on a rotisserie that has slices cut off of it as it spins. Yum!
After dancing and toasting the couple left the party and traveled down a long flight of very dark, unlit stairs to a waiting boat. After this trek down the stairs, I decided to buy this Streamlight flashlight so as to never be left in the dark again on a long dark stairway to the lake. Now I have a light brighter than what the police have which gives me confidence on my next death defying trip down to the water starved lake in the dark.
