I must have some following in Killeen because we get a lot of our weddings and seniors from people living up that way. Keaki, her father from Hawaii but now stationed on Fort Hood hence the Hawaiian sounding name, came down for her senior portraits with such a big smile! We shot some portraits around downtown Austin and then went to the 360 bridge overlook to finish out her shoot. We found out that we have a lot in common with Keaki’s mom in our food snobbery and she now is a proud holder of some of Christina’s kefir grains which Christina makes every evening and then puts in a smoothies for us in the morning. I love shooting senior portraits in Austin! You never know who you’ll meet!
