There were so many fun and surprising things about Elisabeth and Riley’s beautiful wedding at Hamilton Twelve. The first surprise was meeting the bride and groom. Their schedule was so busy, we didn’t actually meet until the day of the wedding. That was a first for us! Elisabeth’s son was possibly the cutest ringbearer ever and kept us thinking of Russell from the Disney movie, Up, all day. Elisabeth had quite a fun and playful side to her as well, as you can see from the pictures. She and Riley both have such a zest for life! I absolutely loved the bright palette of the gorgeous bouquets from Visual Lyrics. They really popped against the bridesmaids’ classy black dresses, and I loved how the bouquet wraps matched the brilliant turquoise color of their shoes. The bridesmaids had amazing shoes, but Elisabeth told me, “My shoes aren’t anything special, so don’t take any pictures of them. But I love, love, love my dress; so take lots of pictures of that!” So I did! The ceremony had to be one of the most fun we have photographed as well. Their officiant, named John Conner, began the ceremony by introducing himself and announcing that he had returned from the future not just to save us from the Terminator, but also to marry Elisabeth and Riley. What a great sense of humor! The looks of joy on everyone’s faces spoke to the love that was shared not just between the bride and groom but also between all their friends and family. They had a fabulous reception too. Hamilton Twelve outdid themselves with a truly sumptuous feast, and the guests danced all night to the tunes of DJ Inferno.
